These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nibaltapes.com (the “Site”), operated by Guangzhou NIBALTAPE Co., Ltd. (“nibaL”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

01Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, informational and business purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the Site or its servers;
• copy, scrape, harvest or systematically extract content except as permitted below; or
• introduce malware or use the Site to transmit harmful or unlawful material.

02Product information & specifications

Product descriptions, images, drawings and specifications on the Site — including any typical or representative values, ranges and performance figures — are provided for general information only. They are indicative, may be updated or improved without notice, and are not binding.

Exact specifications, tolerances and suitability for your application are confirmed by us in writing for each product (for example on a technical data sheet, quotation or order confirmation). Product colors and appearance may vary from images. You are responsible for evaluating samples and confirming a product is fit for your intended use before ordering in volume.

03Quotations & orders

Information on the Site is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer to sell. Any quotation we provide is non-binding unless stated otherwise and may be subject to change. A contract of sale is formed only when an order is confirmed by us in writing, and is governed by the separate terms of that order confirmation or sales agreement. Nothing on the Site constitutes a contract of sale by itself.

04Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, the “nibaL” name and marks, images, layout and design — is owned by or licensed to nibaL and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use them commercially without our prior written permission. Third-party names or marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.

05No warranty (the Site)

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the People’s Republic of China, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
