Most tape suppliers buy jumbo adhesive and film from someone else and only slit it down. That caps how much they can control, adds a layer of markup, and slows anything genuinely custom.
We make the inputs ourselves. That means we can tune adhesion and caliper to your surface, meet your target cost without a middleman, run true custom work — formulating an adhesive or choosing a backing rather than just cutting a stock roll — and move quickly from sample to shipment.

Adhesive R&D & production
We formulate and make our own acrylic PSA, plus hot-melt, rubber and silicone systems.

BOPP film extrusion
We produce our own biaxially-oriented polypropylene film backing for strength and clarity.

Precision coating
Solvent, water-based and hot-melt coating lines lay the adhesive down evenly and accurately.

Slitting
Log rolls are slit to any width from 6 to 1280 mm with tight, repeatable tolerance.

Die-cutting & finishing
Rotary, kiss-cut and laser into shapes, then print, wind and pack to your format.

Rotary, kiss-cut and laser — gaskets, pads and parts supplied on a liner.
Printing
Flexo, rotogravure and digital — logos, colors, instructions and tamper marks.
Lamination & specials
Multi-layer, transfer and reinforced constructions for demanding builds.
In-house lab & testing
Peel, tack, holding power, dielectric, thickness and aging — verified to data sheet.
