Reinforced so it holds — and pulls up clean.
Ordinary double-sided tape stretches and tears when you pull a carpet tight or peel it back up. A woven fiberglass scrim runs through the core of this tape, giving it high tensile strength in both directions — it holds heavy floor coverings flat, resists curling at the edges, and still tears cleanly by hand when you need it.
Two adhesive systems cover the range: a low-odour hot-melt that lifts up cleanly for short-term and indoor use, and a solvent acrylic that grips rough concrete and powder-coat and stands up to weather and time outdoors. Both bond carpet, vinyl flooring, leather, wood, concrete and painted walls.

How it’s built
The anatomy of a scrim double-sided tape.
The strength comes from the middle: a woven fiberglass scrim carries the adhesive on both faces, with a stiff glassine release liner. The mesh is what stops the tape stretching, snapping or curling when a carpet is pulled tight or lifted.

01 · Removability
Lift up clean, or stay for good?
Hot-melt is best for indoor, short-term and wall-safe work — it removes cleanly. Solvent acrylic is the strongest, permanent and outdoor choice, though long-term removal may leave slight residue.
02 · Thickness
Flat floor or gaps?
Thin 0.12–0.15 mm suits flat carpet seams and wall fixing; heavy 0.2–0.28 mm bridges floor gaps for full-coverage carpet and heavy mats.
03 · Environment
Indoor, damp or outdoor?
Both grades are waterproof. Use hot-melt indoors and on walls; choose the weather-resistant solvent acrylic for outdoor work and rough concrete.

Can I get free samples first?
Yes. We ship free samples so you can test the hold and removal on your own floor or surface before committing — request them with your spec.
Hot-melt or solvent acrylic — which do I need?
Choose hot-melt for indoor, short-term and wall-safe jobs — it holds firm but lifts up cleanly. Choose solvent acrylic for permanent, heavy-duty and outdoor work where you need maximum, weather-resistant hold.
Will it lift carpet back up without tearing or leaving residue?
The fiberglass scrim stops the tape stretching or snapping, so it peels up in one piece rather than shredding. The hot-melt grade removes cleanly; solvent acrylic holds harder and may leave slight residue after long-term use.
Is it safe on painted (emulsion) walls?
For walls and décor, use the removable hot-melt grade — it’s the wall-friendly choice. The permanent solvent acrylic is not recommended for long-term use on emulsion-painted walls.
How thick should I choose — seams or full coverage?
Thin 0.12–0.15 mm is ideal for flat carpet seams and wall fixing; heavy 0.2–0.28 mm bridges small floor gaps and gives extra anti-slip and load for full-coverage carpet and heavy mats.
Does it work on rough concrete, damp floors and outdoors?
Yes — both grades are waterproof. The solvent acrylic grade is made for rough concrete, powder-coat and outdoor temporary installs; the hot-melt grade suits damp indoor floors.
Can you die-cut anti-slip pads and supply jumbo rolls?
Yes — we supply jumbo master rolls (1000 / 1200 mm) for converters, slit rolls in standard widths, and die-cut circles, squares and custom anti-slip pads with finger-lift tabs on a liner.
Yellow or white glassine liner — what’s the difference?
Yellow glassine is stiffer and stronger, so it resists tearing during high-speed slitting and die-cutting — the mainstream stock choice. White glassine has slightly higher clarity for positioning on precise small parts.
